The Publications are provided "as is" without warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees of any kind, either expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to, any implied warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, title, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. The ECG Quality Working Group was established and gathered delegates of logistics companies, manufacturers and quality control companies to supervise this work and with the vision of ultimately extending the co-operation between LSPs and OEMs to other standardisation issues.
